.THERE ARE criminal offenses, Kamala Harris once composed, and after that there are "unlawful act complications". As a prosecutor from 1990 to 2004, Ms Harris asked for suspects one at a time. However as the district attorney (DA) of San Francisco, from 2004 to 2010, and also attorney-general of California, from 2011 to 2017, she thought of the much bigger image: criminal offense protection, social safety and security as well as social ills. In her presidential project she is playing up both portion of her curriculum vitae.
